For the person who owns Outreach.io at your company

Stay in control of Outreach.io

OutreachAdmin keeps Outreach working behind the scenes. You stay in control of the instance. Your reps stay focused on earning commission. Start with the free report: one file, about five minutes, and you see what is silently broken.

Why this matters

Outreach keeps shipping AI features.
None of them fix the plumbing.

The plumbing is how your instance was set up, how it is governed, and how your team runs it day to day. That is the only thing I work on.

You stop being the only one holding it together.

Something is watching the instance besides you. When it breaks, you read it in a report instead of hearing it from a rep who gave up three weeks ago.

Your reps go back to selling.

No workarounds. Nobody quietly back in their inbox doing it by hand. The tool does the job it was bought for, so commission is about deals again.

You get more out of what you already pay for.

The seats, the admin time, the Salesforce sync somebody built once and nobody has looked at since. That bill lands every month whether the platform works or not.

Sound familiar?

Nobody owns Outreach.
So it quietly rots.

Nobody owns it.

It was set up once, by someone, for a team that has changed twice since. There is no owner now, so nothing gets pruned, fixed, or decided.

The emails are not going out.

Sends fail quietly and the sync throws errors nobody is reading. The follow-up stops, and so does the pipeline it was supposed to build.

The data is not landing in the CRM.

The work happens in Outreach and never shows up in Salesforce. So the numbers are wrong, and the meeting is about the numbers instead of the deals.

Rep activity is invisible where the budget gets decided.

Leadership asks what the team is actually doing. The answer is sitting in a tool nobody can pull a clean report out of.

The admin left and took it all with them.

Every decision about how this was built lived in one person's head. They are gone. The instance still runs on rules nobody can explain.

Renewal is coming and nobody can prove it pays for itself.

Outreach is one of the biggest lines in the sales budget. That is a hard check to sign when half the team works around it.

Here's the thing. I've seen this exact mess over a thousand times. Yours isn't special, and that's good news. It means the fix list already exists.

How it works

The consultant is now a machine.
The path is the same.

  1. Export

You pull a standard set of exports out of your own Outreach admin and upload them. About fifteen minutes, and it doesn't have to be one sitting: the page saves your place. No API key, no login, no access to your instance.

  2. Extract

Every sequence, template, user, role, and sync setting, read straight out of those files. The same pull I used to do by hand, a thousand times.

  3. Audit

Graded against what I learned across 1,000+ implementations. Which sequences are dead. What your Salesforce sync can and cannot do. Who is allowed to change what. Whether your team has the capacity to run any of it.

  4. Fix

A written readout and a 90-day list. What to keep, what to kill, what to fix, in the order that pays. Delivered within 5 business days, so you can start Monday.

  5. Watch

Later, if you want it: the instance gets re-audited on a schedule and you get a running record of what changed. The mess never builds back, and nothing lives only in one person's head. Not open yet.

No access required

You send exports from your own admin. I never log into your instance, never write to it, and your data trains nothing.

The 3-fix promise

Your audit surfaces at least 3 specific, fixable issues or you don't pay for it, and you keep the audit either way. Hasn't happened in a thousand instances. The promise stands anyway.

Judgment included

Every check the machine runs is a rule I learned the hard way. I spot-review its work in batches. My name is on every report.

No calls required

Buy, send the exports, get results. Email a human when you want one. Nobody will ever chase you into a meeting.

No card, ever. Some of it asks for your email. That is the whole price.

The Low-Hanging Fruit Report

Upload one file out of your Outreach admin and see what is silently broken in your Salesforce sync. Graded, with the fixes worth doing first, in about five minutes. The file is read in your browser.

For the admin who wants to know exactly where they stand today.

The Bi-Weekly Newsletter

Every two weeks. What changed in Outreach that actually matters, plus one fix I run often, written out in full. Outreach communicates its own releases poorly. This is the version that says what changed.

For the admin who would rather hear about a change before a rep does.

Ask the Admin

Beta · by invite

Ask the person who set up a thousand of these. How does this work, why is it doing that, what do I check first. General Outreach answers, any time. It does not see your own instance yet.

For anyone stuck on a question they cannot find in the docs. Email me for a seat and I'll add you by hand.

A Few of the Reference Docs

Not open yet

The implementation and governance guides I actually work from. A handful of them, free, so you can run a fix yourself without asking anyone.

Not packaged yet. I'll say so in the newsletter when the first ones are ready.

The free report reads one file. The Deep Audit reads the whole instance.

Tier two

The Deep Audit

$1,499 · one time

You send a standard set of exports from your own Outreach admin, and I grade what is actually in your instance. Which sequences are dead. What your Salesforce sync is really writing back, and what it quietly is not. Who is allowed to change what. Whether your team has the capacity to run any of it.

For the admin who already suspects something is off and wants the specific list, in order.

You get a written readout, a 90-day list in the order that pays, and a short Loom where I walk you through the top findings. Inside 5 business days, counted from when you finish uploading and not from when you pay. Then you can write back and ask me about any finding, and I'll answer it myself.

$1,499, once, and it is the same price whenever you get here. No cohort to join, no countdown, no seat to claim before Friday. I deliver these by hand, so if I already have a few in flight I will tell you your start date before I take your money, not after.

If it does not turn up at least 3 specific, fixable issues, you don't pay for it, and you keep the audit either way. The full terms say what counts as a finding, how you ask, and when the money moves.

Tier three

The Outreach Admin App

Still being built

The full product, and it does not exist yet. The plan is that your instance stays connected and stays watched, so none of this is your job to remember.

Never lose what your admin knew.

Every change to the instance gets written down as it happens, in plain English. When the person who set this up leaves, the record stays behind. That is the piece admins tell me they want most.

It gets re-audited on a schedule.

You do not have to remember to look. You find out what broke and what drifted before a rep does, and before it turns into a number somebody has to explain.

Ask about your instance, not the general case.

The same chatbot as the free tier, except it can see your own configuration. So the answer is what to do about your setup, not what to do in theory.

The full set of reference docs.

All of the implementation and governance guides, not the handful. Included, not sold separately.

I am building it out of the audits. Every Deep Audit I run decides what goes in and what gets cut, so the audit above is both the thing to do today and the way to shape what this becomes. I'll publish the price when it opens, and I am not going to guess at a launch date. The newsletter is where I'll say when it opens.

About

Why me.

Jacob Turner, founder of OutreachAdmin and the 2nd employee at Outreach.io
Jacob Turner

I was the second employee at Outreach.io. 2015. I watched the platform grow from a scrappy startup tool into the thing your whole revenue team lives in. And I spent a decade implementing it. Over a thousand deployments. Ten thousand reps trained. Every industry, every size, every flavor of mess.

When I went out on my own, clients paid $5-8K a month for managed services. The independent consultants I know doing this work today run $5,000 to $15,000 a month. And the people who couldn't afford any of it kept saying the same thing: “I just want Jacob in a box.”

I can't clone myself. So I built the machine instead. My audit frameworks, my playbooks, my troubleshooting library, wired into an AI pipeline trained on a decade of my own work. It does the extraction, the analysis, the watching. I review its homework in batches, and my judgment is baked into every check it runs. That is what the three tiers above are made of.

Fair questions

Asked, answered.

Is this just AI-generated advice?

The pipeline is AI. The judgment is mine. Every check it runs is a rule I learned the hard way across a thousand cleanups, and I spot-review its output in batches. You're not paying for a chatbot. You're paying for what I know, running without my calendar in the way.

Why is there no call to book?

Because the work doesn't need one. The machine audits, watches, and reports; you read the results and work the roadmap. Agencies bundle mandatory meetings and charge $2,500 to $27,000 a month. Different product. If you genuinely need hands-on humans for a rebuild, I'll point you to a partner firm I trust.

What access do you need to my instance?

None. There's no API key to hand over and no login to create. You run a short list of standard exports in your own admin and upload them, so you see exactly what's leaving before it leaves. The files are kept only as long as it takes to produce your audit, never used to train anything, and deleted on request. The specifics your security team will want are written out at the security page.

What if the audit finds nothing?

Then you don't pay for it, and you keep the audit either way. The standard is 3 specific, fixable issues. In a thousand instances I've never once come up short of three. If it happens, email me and I'll make it right, simple as that.

We're on a tight budget.

Start with the free Low-Hanging Fruit Report. One file, about five minutes, no card, no catch. It's genuinely useful on its own, and plenty of people run the fixes themselves and never buy anything.

Do you work with SalesLoft / Apollo?

The Deep Audit is Outreach-only for now. That focus is the product.

One file. Free.
You'll know exactly what is broken.

Worst case, you get a fix list in priority order, run it yourself, and never pay me anything. Best case, you stop being the single point of failure for your revenue stack.
