What the $749 buys

I run this by hand. Same audit my consulting clients paid $5,000 to $8,000 for, minus the meetings. I have done it across more than a thousand Outreach instances.

  1. Sequence decay report: which sequences still book meetings and which are dead weight
  2. The Salesforce sync truth: what is actually writing back, and what quietly is not
  3. Governance review
  4. Capacity math
  5. A prioritized 90-day roadmap
  6. The full written readout
  7. A short Loom where I walk you through the top findings

How it runs

Fifteen minutes of setup You run a short list of standard exports in your own Outreach admin and upload them. Stop and finish later if you need to. That is the whole onboarding.
No access required There is no API key to hand over and no login to create. I never log into your instance, and you see exactly what is leaving before it leaves.
5 business days The clock starts when you finish uploading, not when you pay. Readout and Loom arrive inside it.
No calls, ever No kickoff, no onboarding session, no calendar link. The thinking arrives in writing.

The guarantee

If the audit does not turn up at least 3 specific, fixable issues in your instance, you get a full refund and you keep the audit anyway.

I have never come up short of three. I am not expecting to start with you, but the promise is real and the whole thing is spelled out in the full terms: what counts as a finding, how you ask, and when the money moves.

Take a Founding Seat · $749

Pay, and you land straight on the upload page with the export list on it. Your files are kept only as long as it takes to produce your audit, never used to train anything, and deleted on request. If you would rather ask something before paying, reply to the email that brought you here and I will answer it myself.

Why there is a deadline at all

Because I am one person and I deliver these by hand, inside five business days each. Fifteen is what I can run well while the rest of my life keeps happening. Sixteen is where the quality starts slipping, and a rushed audit is worth less than no audit.

The founding price is not a marketing device. It is what the first fifteen people pay for trusting an audit that has no case studies behind it yet. That discount stops making sense the moment it does.
