Deep Audit · Guarantee terms

The guarantee,
in full.

The short version appears on the offer. This is the whole thing, so there is nothing you find out later.

The promise

If your Deep Audit does not surface at least 3 specific, fixable issues in your Outreach instance, you get a full refund, and you keep the audit either way.

What counts as one of the 3

Each one is its own numbered finding in the report, tied to something real inside your instance: a sequence, a Salesforce field, a permission, a setting. Each has a stated fix.

Vague notes like "your instance could be cleaner" do not count on their own. The bar is that you could hand the finding to an admin and say "fix this," with no further explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Reply to the delivery email within 14 days of receiving your report and say which findings you believe do not meet the bar. I read every report myself before it goes out, so this should be rare. If you ask, I answer within 2 business days.

How it gets paid

Refunded to your original payment method through Stripe, processed within 5 business days of the request being confirmed. No dispute process, no form, no proof required beyond your word that the findings did not clear the bar.

You keep the audit either way

Refunded or not, the report and the Loom are yours to keep and use. Nothing gets clawed back or deleted from your side.

What this does not cover

This is a refund on the audit itself. It is not a guarantee of a specific dollar or reply-rate impact from implementing the fixes. Executing them is on your team.
