Create your company account.
You run it.
Signing up here creates a brand new account for your company, and it makes you the admin of it. You invite the rest of your team once you are inside, and you decide what each of them can do. If your company already has an account, do not sign up again. Ask your admin for an invite.

What signing up does.
It creates one account for your company with you as its Account Admin. Nothing connects to your Outreach instance, and nothing is charged. You can invite people, or you can look around on your own first.
