How to get your CRM sync configuration file

It is the file Outreach writes for your Salesforce plugin. You never have to open or edit it. Export, drop, done.

Open your Salesforce plugin settings

This link drops you straight on the page. Sign in to Outreach first if it asks.

Open the ••• menu and choose Export CRM sync configuration

Top right of the Salesforce page. It downloads a .json file straight away.

Find it in your Downloads folder and drag it into the box

The file lands in Downloads as a .json. Drop it on this page and it is read in your browser, so the raw file never leaves your machine.

I use HubSpot or Dynamics, not Salesforce
